Filicide-Suicide or suicide pact ? A case report from Sri Lanka with implications for child protection

Abstract
Here we report a case of the death of a father and his three teenage children in a possible filicide-suicide event or as it appeared to be, a suicide pact instigated by the perpetrator father who killed himself after the death of children. As far as we know this phenomenon has not been described in literature before.
